I received my BSN from the University of Pennsylvania in 2016 as well as my masters in Healthcare Management and Nursing Administration (MSN) & Masters in Healthcare Law (ML) from UPenn in 2018. I have experience in Labor & Delivery, Post Partum, and in Infection Prevention Nursing. I completed certification to be a Lactation Consultant in 2016 and became an Internationally Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) in 2018. Recently, my practice has shifted to mostly virtual consultations, unless you live near me in Long Island. I have been providing virtual support via video, texts, and calls. Contact me today for any of your breastfeeding questions or needs!

In order to become an IBCLC, after becoming a Registered Nurse, I completed over 90 hours of Education in Human Lactation and Breastfeeding, and over 1000 hours of Clinical Practice Experience in Lactation and Breastfeeding Care, as well as pass a Board Certification Exam. I recently completed my TOTS (tethered oral ties) training in early 2023. I have the knowledge and experience to help guide you through this exciting journey!

I also am the mom of four adorable kiddies. I breastfed my eldest for 14 months (and she continued to receive pumped breastmilk until 17 months), my middle for 11 months (and she continued to receive pumped breastmilk until 18 months), my third for 12 months (he received pumped milk up until 20 months), and am currently nursing (and pumping!) for my youngest.

My Approach

There is no one-size-fits-all approach to breastfeeding. Together we will work on achieving YOUR goals, whether that is exclusively nursing, exclusively pumping, combo feeding, etc. I specialize in helping busy mothers make schedules (for traveling, going back to work, and everything in between). No two mother-infant dyads are alike and I come from a place of acceptance. I am here to support you and provide you with the guidance you need throughout this exciting (and sometimes sc) chapter of your life!
